1. General provisions
These terms set out how the Zaremba Academy service at zaremba-online.com may be used, and how video courses, trainings, e-books and documents are sold.
The seller and operator is [full company name], [registered address], VAT ID [NIP], [REGON], registered in [CEIDG / KRS no. …]. Contact: contact form, e-mail [e-mail address], phone [phone].
Using the service means accepting these terms. Creating an account and placing an order require explicit acceptance.
2. Definitions
- Service
- The Zaremba Academy platform and all of its content.
- Student
- Anyone using the service, whether a consumer or a business.
- Consumer
- A natural person buying for purposes not directly related to their trade or profession.
- Product
- A video course, training, e-book, document or other material offered in the service.
- Digital content
- A product delivered electronically, without a physical medium.
- Zaremba Pass
- A subscription opening access to the products it covers, for as long as it runs.
3. Account
Creating an account is free and voluntary, but required in order to buy — purchased materials are assigned to the account and made available there. You can create it separately or during checkout.
Provide accurate details and do not share your password. The account is personal; sharing access to purchased materials with people who have not bought them is not allowed.
You may delete the account at any time in the account settings or by asking us. Deleting it ends access to purchased materials. Sales records are kept for the period required by tax law regardless.
4. Products and access
Each product page describes its scope, form, length and price. Access opens once the payment is settled, usually within minutes.
- Video courses and trainings — watched in the service, with progress saved. Access is unlimited in time unless the product page states otherwise.
- E-books and documents — readable in the service and downloadable. A downloaded file stays with the buyer for good.
- On-site trainings — where a product includes attendance in person, its page states the terms, date and number of places.
We may improve and extend the materials. Changes never take away access that has already been purchased.
5. Zaremba Pass
Zaremba Pass is billed monthly or yearly. It opens the products marked as covered by the subscription — the list is shown on the subscription page and may change along with the catalogue.
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. After that, access to products covered only by the subscription ends; products bought separately stay yours.
6. Prices and payments
Prices are gross amounts in Polish zloty and include VAT. The split into net and VAT is shown in the cart before purchase.
Payments are handled by an external payment provider. We do not store card details. A sales document is issued for every order; an invoice with company details is issued when those details are given at checkout.
The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed.
7. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. It is enough to send a statement to our e-mail address before that deadline. The payment is refunded within 14 days of receiving the statement, by the same method it was made.
When the right does not apply. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires if performance began with the consumer's express consent and after being informed that the right would be lost.
We ask for that consent at checkout, before access opens. If you do not give it, access opens after 14 days and you keep the full right of withdrawal.
The right does not apply to businesses buying in connection with their activity, subject to the provisions on sole traders treated as consumers.
8. Complaints
If a material does not match its description, will not open, or access was not granted — write to us. We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt.
The simplest route is the contact form or an e-mail to [e-mail address]. Give the order number and describe the problem.
Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the European Commission ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Copyright
All materials in the service — recordings, texts, photographs, templates and documents — are protected by copyright and remain the property of the seller or of those who licensed them.
A purchase grants the right to use the material for your own purposes, including your own professional work. You may not copy it for further distribution, make it publicly available, resell it, use it to run your own training, or share your account with others.
10. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and a working e-mail address. Reading PDF e-books needs nothing beyond the browser; other formats open in an application installed on your device.
11. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms for valid reasons — changes in law, in the scope of the service, or in how it works. We give notice by e-mail or in the service at least 14 days in advance. Orders placed earlier are governed by the terms as they stood on the order date.
12. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on providing services by electronic means.
How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy.
